in the most popular finish combinations. Products that are not in
stock are still available for purchase. If you order a product that is out

How
will my order be delivered?
Your order will be
shipped by a national furniture carrier with many years of experience. When
your merchandise arrives, it must be inspected by you upon receipt, BEFORE
signing for the shipment. Any loss or damage must be noted on the delivery
receipt for insurance claim purposes. When you sign for the shipment, your
signature is verification that your merchandise has been received in good
condition.

is "White Glove" service?
White Glove service delivers
the item(s) inside your home or business, assembles the merchandise (if assembly
is necessary), and removes any packing materials. This service schedules
a delivery appointment with you. White Glove service takes a day or two longer
to arrange and delivery times are slightly longer—approximately 2 to
4 weeks after order placement for in-stock items.

What if my item(s) arrives damaged?
If there is damage or shortage on your order, refuse acceptance until transportation
agent endorses extent of damage or shortage. Inspect the shipment for any hidden
damage before the carrier leaves. The customer should file a claim immediately
with the carrier and be prepared for inspection.
